What we collect
When you place a bid: your name, email, the logo file you upload, any link you provide, your bid amount, and your IP address (used only to rate-limit abuse). Payment card details are never seen or stored by this site — Stripe handles that directly.
Why
To run the auction (track who holds each spot and at what price), confirm and process payments and refunds, contact you about your logo if there's an issue, and publicly display your name and logo on this site for as long as you hold a spot.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and logo storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (sending you bid-status emails). No third-party analytics or ad-tracking cookies are used.
How long
Bid and payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time — see contact below.
